Announcing Real-Time Dashboards and Microsoft Teams Voice Monitoring

I am extremely happy to announce the single largest update to our product to date. Today we are launching real-time, streaming dashboards to ensure you have an up-to-date view of your world. TrueDEM™ ‘s Real-Time dashboards are available in a browser, on a tablet or on your phone. It’s a complex time for our world, and we understand that you must be able to see KPIs from anywhere, on any device. Imagine, deploying to users still in the office, and everyone working from home in 15 minutes, and monitoring their experience from your iPad.

This would be a hell of an announcement from most software companies. But wait, there’s more! We are also launching an enhancement to our Microsoft Teams monitoring.

Customers can now monitor call quality for Microsoft Teams voice, video, and application sharing performance with TrueDEM™ .

In February, TrueDEM™ identified irregularities with Teams login times almost two full hours before Microsoft, and nearly 90 minutes before any other product on the market.
